Today, my breakfast was
the super basic Banana recipes, namely ‘eat as raw’.
Banana with sugar spots is the best to eat because it is fully ripen and sweet at maximum. I don’t need any sugar and sweetness with such banana, but we tend to be spoiled with refined sugar.
Therefore, when I am tired of eat banana as raw, I have tried variations of the raw bananas.
21) Frozen Banana ’icecream’
Like yellow arrows,
+peel and slice the banana, then
+put these in ziplock. Take air out as much as we can, +then freeze it.
It could be eaten as ‘banana ice cream’ or as smoothie-base.
22)Banana Soy Smoothie Without blender
Like the orange arrows,
+mush the ripen bananas with a folk in a tapper with lid,
+mix a little lemon juice to avoid browned banana color,
+ pour any plant milk(I love soy as Asian)
+just hand shake to make ‘smoothies’ texture.
Yes, we don’t need any blender because
Smoothies are something milky drink with fruits/vegetable. A little lemon juice with plant milk could make smoothie texture.
All we need is a tapper with lid as hand shaker. This technique could be used for making salad dressings and any other sauce. Keep it simple is one of technique and keywords by Holistic Gourmet.
